im playing better minecraft modpack and was wondering if it is normal for the aether to be just a bunch of floating islands

I exaggerated about the gravitite tools that levitate the blocks : it allows to make the ore blocks rise, so that the ores don't fall in the void once mined. Very useful on flying islands! :D(edited)
