I think this should be made at the ending of the project
there are erros that (in my opinionn at least) can are worse than the custom portal

Fair enough, there are obviously more important changes to be made. It wouldn't take that long to update it though, just a one-liner change I'm pretty sure.

we can update the API, immersive portals compat is on the backburner for now
we want to get everything done before we start to add new stuff that would take away time from the port

geckolib will be gone in the next update i'm going to tear out stuff today to fully remove it from the dev branch, but certainly the next beta will not require geckolib

this mod is a work in progress, so expect some bugs, but currently the 2 aether structures we have generate wrong and aerclouds are heavily WIP

speedrun idea: leave the aether. you use the aether portal item you get to build a portal, then break it. Once you're in the overworld and not dead on the ground, you can stop timer
