- KI played tfc some while ago, creating stuff there is... Tedious- like smithing, but that's done in a menu00:09Vintage story is moving voxels one by one, and they will not move exactly to where you expected them to(edited)00:10Then theres the issue that some things need to get more stuff added, but then it hides errors made in lower layers because you add a whole bunch of things to what you are making(edited)00:10And clay molding is horrible00:11You have to add one by one each piece of clay
- DClay molding is perfectly fine IMO It's a nice time sink during the night, and especially during Temporal Storms You can also select 2x2 and 3x3 tools, as well as the tool that starts to duplicate the previous layer, which comes it handy pretty often actually14:56If it was ONLY one voxel at a time, then it would be pretty tedious. But I think the tools provided are pretty good14:57Smithing, similarly, DOES only move one voxel at a time (for the most part. You can do a "heavy hit" but I don't really know what it's good for frankly), but I think that gets a pass compared to clay forming just because of the fact that the shapes are typically smaller, and more varied and specific. And as such, more engaging(edited)

I mean... Yeah there are more tools, but doing mistakes can take more time when fixing them - DWell, sure yeah. But I have formed enough clay to start getting a feel for how to handle most recipes14:58And the more tedious recipes like clay ovens and anvil molds are recipes you really only have to form once
- K14:59It needs too much patience
- DI can at least agree that something to make the process a little more simple would be convenient, as you progress15:00Like a pottery wheel or something
