yeah exactly, I may make the big veins even bigger and encourage some kind of mine structure instead of just mining down and getting it all, if it's something big and worth mining for then there more of a reason to actually build something there, even just to help with mining and not only for decoration

I think the size and style you outlined in the large post up there sounds great

Also looking at farming a little. This is definitely something that will probably expand a little as time goes on, but fully grown wheat only dropping one seed is pretty brutal

Not back into it just yet but, curious what some plans for the future are

The idea of making farmland with Flint, and it being consumed, is actaully a really neat way to balance it

As for current balance stuff, I do think you get large, huge quantities of wood a little too fast. I'd perhaps cut down on how many logs you get per tree. And also potentially reduce the amount of wood you get from logs from four to two

i agree with this, i chopped down a single regular tree and got nearly a stack and a half of logs (stack of 64 i mean), which so far has lasted me multiple days off one single tree out of a whole forest

A singular 16 Logs is ample material to make suitable cover for the night, I think reducing the amount given by a little wouldn't hurt

Also, Wicker should be transparent and let in light like Leaves

well wicker isn't always transparent, thats what the wicker bars or whatever I called them are for
