It is an underground fort/hold
It has a big central structure which branches out into different corridors and rooms which contain loot. Some rooms have trial spawners that spawn equipped Envoys. Nothing too crazy in this one, just a bit area to explore and loot and the the reusable/per player loot from the spawners
