mally03:44
how do we get the neptune stuff
and like the candy cane swords and shit
AzzyypaarasTeam03:53
They are unobtainable due to the lack of dungeons(edited)
It is WIP content
Except for the candy cane sword and friends, that is holiday content
Sam04:17
Hey what if you guys added guns to the mod just a suggestion
I think that would be pretty epic 😎
Jack PapelTeam04:19
We actually were talking about making a gun mod for a long time
But it's fallen by the wayside
AzzyypaarasTeam04:35
It will probably happen sometime
Also we are already planning to add guns to PL @Jack Papel @Sam
Sam04:35
Obtainable by defeating the Walmart dungeon
Jack PapelTeam04:36
Oh that's right
AzzyypaarasTeam04:37
Avadrets
Jack PapelTeam04:38
Hm, if we're planning a gun mod, and we're planning some guns for PL, we're probably going to want some common code(edited)
I know you love putting things in incubus but we should have a separate immortal gun library
AzzyypaarasTeam04:44
Replying toJack PapelI know you love putting things in incubus but we should have a separate immortal gun…
You know, I feel like this falls within the dealings of #unknown
Source-esque guns
I do guess that brings the question of what should be in a gun library
Jack PapelTeam04:46
I see the sv stuff as its own cinematic universe

Replying toJack PapelI see the sv stuff as its own cinematic universe
Jack PapelTeam04:46
Well, I guess cinematic is the wrong word
I reckon it should have utilities for the universal stuff. Hitscan vs bullet drop, ways of reloading, etc.(edited)
We can make use of SAR, probably
AzzyypaarasTeam04:49
Gun customization in PL
Jack PapelTeam04:50
Rainbow 6 Seige in Minecraft
AzzyypaarasTeam04:50
Buy illegal gun parts from under the Halflight church's nose
Jack PapelTeam04:50
Could open lots of doors for mods
AzzyypaarasTeam04:50
Vilebloods can turn that rifle of you into full auto
Jack PapelTeam04:50
We probably don't need to keep it proprietary either. I think fabric could benefit from something like this
Which is to say, more open to public use than incubus
Which atm is a smorgasbord of "stuff immortal dev uses"
AzzyypaarasTeam04:52
tbf, IC is open for anyone to use
DayTheMagpie04:52
👀 I have a monopoly on gunpowder on my server, guns would make me so rich
AzzyypaarasTeam04:52
Just uhhh, as long as you don't need documentation
But yeah, I do guess I can see the use for a gun lib
Jack PapelTeam04:53
~~I still think conditions should be taken out of incubus~~
AzzyypaarasTeam04:53
Jack PapelTeam04:54
I wish I wasn't on vacation now. I'm feeling pretty motivated to work on this lib we won't make use of for several updates
AzzyypaarasTeam04:55
How much longer are you on vacation?
Jack PapelTeam04:55
Til Monday
AzzyypaarasTeam04:56
Ah
Jack PapelTeam04:56
Well, Sunday night. But I'm going to sleep early that night
Speaking of, it's 1am here and I have an event at 8:30
So I'm going to hit the hay
AzzyypaarasTeam04:57
night
Dream of rolly pollies
I am not foreshadowing anything
Jack PapelTeam04:58
Ooh that sounds lovely
~~We're going to have to agree how to spell rol(l)(i/y) pol(l)(ie/y)s~~
A
AzzyypaarasTeam04:59
roli poli
- 😍1
Jack PapelTeam05:00
Compromise: Rolly Poley. Like Poland. I don't know. I should sleep lol
