Actually yeah, are all the Valkyrie series of tools going to be loot drops or are they planned to be craftable? If it was just the lance I'd expect loot drops but for the full tool set I'm like hrmmmmmm

lance will probably be mob loot, but the tools would be found in dungeon chests more likely, although we haven't decided yet

In no small part because it is complicated and poorly documented, and a lot of stuff does not work how you would necessarily expect
