The Icestone Coolers main function in II is processing Irradiated items I will mention. Its a secondary loot set that gives semi-randomised loot drops (its a redesign of the pretty awful Continuum mechanic from earlier in the project)
it has some secondary functions like making iced tea and other curatives but they need to be redesigned to fit into a simpler UI imo
but yh I think making food with it is a good idea
sorbet or iced tea brewing I think sparks the imagination for the player
feeling like the opposite of furnace cooking
