We got it working early on, but if you plan to try go for performance, use iris instead.
It supports optifine shaders too.

I don't know much about the Forge and Fabric scene
But I have read in about 5 different places about troubles with Forge community culture
Meanwhile, so much Fabric stuff seems to be arm in arm
Fabric help and progress just moves fast... it is very living.

Fairy Lights, Spiders 2.0, and Alex's Mobs are about the only things that burn
Oh and one of those dragon mods would be nice
Spiders 2.0 looks so good... such a good vanilla enhancement
