Hiyo I was looking to get some help on a bug I have with portals, pls
Jack PapelTeam22:53
Sure, what's the bug?
Damascus22:55
First I have a question, is this like the original Aether where jumping off an island is supposed to teleport you directly above your overworld portal?
Cause it hasn't been doing that, and I wasn't sure if it was actually supposed to
Jack PapelTeam22:56
Nope
Damascus22:56
Okay
I won't worry about that part then, but i've gotten two other bugs
There was one time where I entered my portal in the Overworld, and instead of sending me to the Aether, it teleported me to another point in the Overworld about 10,000 blocks away
Jack PapelTeam22:58
Oh, yeah. That's a known bug. It'll be fixed in the next update
Damascus22:59
Okey!
I don't know if this is the same bug or unrelated, but another time when i attempted to return from the Aether via the return portal, it spawned me in the middle of a solid wall underground
And it didn't create a new portal around me when it did so
Jack PapelTeam23:00
Oh yeah, that's also been fixed
Damascus23:01
So they should both be fixed in the newest Better Minecraft Fabric?
Jack PapelTeam23:02
The update that fixes that isn't out yet, so the current Better Minecraft Fabric won't have the fix
Damascus23:02
Okay! I shall wait patiently then, thanks for helping me!
Jack PapelTeam23:03
Always a pleasure
