It varies quite a bit, but it is generally not less than a month

@kalucky0 is technically the team lead but I am practically top chicken. Lead designer effectively lays at the top
Right under me are the rest of the leads, each controlling a certain "department" of the team, under that is general staff, with each category answering to its lead and me (devs are under the leadership of the lead dev)
And then there are the mortals, which is just everyone else
You also have ambassadors, which are people from Guilded Games / the official aether peeps, kingbdogz and oz are here

Without spawner eggs, it'll be hard to collect so many aechor plants in one place
Maybe they should shoot seeds that grow on grass?
Or some way to grow them

It has been mentioned before, they will just fly off into the horizon given that AI
Ghasts do this in vanilla given they are spawned in the end or overworld

or I could make cockatrices and aechor plants to spawn lists in all biomes
they aren't finished but that aren't totally broken either

If anything make those two settings a codec
ie data driven when spawned
That way map makers, if wanted could specify a min and max flight height
