bruh, we have far more illogical things than aerogel- Alright, three way compromise: Aerogel is renamed to crystal since not only does it not make sense as aerogel, but it also doesn't even look like aerogel. Aerogel replaces obsidian in how it is obtained. Aerogel is glass-like and fragile, has 0 friction (but does not accelerate you to shit, think ice), is translucent, cannot be dragged by sticky pistons (think glazed terracotta), and is used in certain redstone devices (I still need to type out that ruby idea)Like a good compromise, this should leave nobody happy
