    So I managed to do it but now Tech Reborn rubber trees are spawning in the Aether :concern:

    btw, anyone know what the "category" field does in biome jsons? I can't find anything on it on the MC wiki besides options that are valid for it

    I've looked online, and it seems the category field does not do much, other than provide a category.

    it might be something to do with adjacency rules but it probably doesn't matter for the way we do the aether

    its a way to ttell the biome category, its useful for when in code you need to know the type of biome it is, like for example knowuing all types of end biomes or nether biomes could be usefull for a nether generator
