hi, does anyone know if there is a plugin that shrinks the world border every so often exists, it seems simple enough but I cant seem to find one online. I tried opting for a datapack but it doesn't work as for some odd reason its not generating in my paper world folder and doesnt work when make it manually(edited)

I believe you can do that in vanilla with commands

repeating command block on a timer? sure

Hmm I thought you only needed one command, and it would slowly come in. Maybe they changed that behavior though
