- DWell, that's rather unfortunate. I'll stick around for the other mods in development, but i'm sad to see Paradise Lost go. The Aether is a favorite of mine, so it's really sad to see one of the best pieces of content surrounding it get dropped But, it is what it is and there's only so much you can do. Is there any chance the mantle is picked up again at any point?

- KNot that I imagine it's what anyone here wants to hear but yeah my team, the original Aether devs, are currently working on a port to 1.19+ for forge and we are interested in Fabric support in the future too.02:48It does mean waiting02:48which sucks02:48but the original Aether mod should make its way to Fabric eventually
- DFor sure for sure. And, I sympathize with not only losing steam, but actual updates to Minecraft making things more and more difficult02:49I hope Fabric opens new possibilities for the whole team here, potentially picking the project back up. But, that's an uncertainty02:50I've become quite attached to the new way every block and entity looks. Especially the Moas; Paradise Lost, for as simple as it is, really breathed some air back into my love for the Aether. So i'm sad to see it go, it's a really nice take on the original

- DFor what it's worth, it's a rather barebones portrayal of the cloudy dimension, but an accurate one that evokes the same feelings none the less02:52And, I think for a team as small as you imply, Paradise Lost was a great shot at it02:52I do hope that, some time later down the line, it came comfortably come back off of the shelf02:52I'll be sticking with 1.18.2 for mods for a good while I imagine, so I will at very least have the existing version there
