The only reason is because of the new Random stuff

if its cool that'll give me more motivation to update my modpack

The other day I was shearing some sheep on a private server, but it was taking forever to get the amount of wool I needed. I thought to myself that it would go way faster if you could critically shear sheep (in the same manner as a critical hit). So I wrote up a quick mod to do just that
