uhm- when i try to load the mod it tells me it need fabricloader 0.12.15, when i when i went to download fabric i only saw 0.12.12 and lower

It should say it requires >=0.12.5, not >=0.12.15
See if something above 0.12.5 works

needed to completely reinstall fabric because for some reason minecraft wasnt picking up the one that was 0.12.12

Nothing is compatible with optifabric, especially not our mods
That thing is a ticking time bomb, it doesn't work with anything, it just takes longer to blow up in some cases(edited)

ive use optifabric and origins together works fine, not the newer versions because idk wtf they did but ill take your word
