It's getting a bit tricky to find doors and signs and whatnot. We should probably have a decorations creative mode tab. I think we have enough decorations to warrant it.

Ok so basically
In an earlier floor I got a soul of jacob and esau, popped it to feed a demon beggar
fucker rolled into TMTRAINER so the item was a glitched one
Got it, only that singular item was glitched since jacob vanishes after the room
And uh, well turns out that item randomly spawned batteries and golden troll bombs on hit
Three floors later and you get this beauty
