This is a different issue with those patches of grass
The structure legit had the bare minimum of space to build it there, and it chose too (Which is extremly rare to occur, but is due to a terrain issue, not a structure issues)

It applied an if case of if (this.pos.getY() > 2) { to both structures, though this should be changed to if it's surrounded by suitable blocks

yeah I know whats wrong, I need to move the structure block (root) of the structure to the center instead of that stupid corner that makes it overhang, and I'll add a check for suitable blocks underneath
